Carmen's Accomplishments

  • While serving as an elected official on the Sun Valley General Improvement District(GID), I voted to refinance the water capacity loans. This action is saving Sun Valley residents over $300,000 per year.
  • Citizen Advisory Board Chair 2015-2024, focusing on affordable housing; a strong champion for seniors and families.
  • At the school district, Carmen works with at risk kids protecting the most vulnerable and constantly pushing for safer schools.
